It's interesting to see the road that social network vehicle has taken. Everything and everyone pretty much is expected to be a part of one or else they fall behind. Even better is some important areas such as corporations, job and even government uses these social network sites (facebook) to pass on their information and for some their only means of advertisement- So what happens if someone doesn't want to conform and get one of these social networking sites.. they essentially are left out and failed.
I'm saying this because everything is on facebook now. Like seriously everything, you can't go on a webpage without it having some sort of facebook connection of logging in through it using facebook account or having a news feed feature that lets other stalk your every move on the internet.
Myspace was creepy as hell when it got huge.. I guess facebook has made its full circle and now going to become the next freak thing.
I remembered back when I got my facebook account. I had 2 friends on it for almost 2 years before all of the sudden everyone I knew has one. That was less than 4 years ago. I remembered it was a basic page, with your photo, info and a wall. Very plain. I missed that. With that said, I don't have any of the spamming apps on my account because I refused to go through another cycle of social network over-saturation.
