Lockdown

"I feel empty."
"You mean your SOUL?!"
"No, We just finished and got through something big and now I feel empty."
"Ohh I thought you meant your SOUL is empty.. cause basically it is now that we won't see each other anymore."

I'm cold when it comes to saying goodbye.

No "We'll see each other again" or "I'll miss you" or "Have a nice and successful life." .

Keep. In. Touch really doesn't work especially if we you're more than 30 mins away.. cause we sure don't Keep. In. Touch when I see you almost every other day.

Not to say I don't appreciate all the people in my life but the reality is you're just another face in this puzzle of my life. I will sorely miss the imprints (whether big or small) you have left on me but the memories will be all that I will have along with countless of others through the years.. because that is all there will be left in the end; when you will go on to bigger and better things.

I live by my memories and sometimes the closet is too full for any additions.. this is not supposed to be a SAD post at all. Just me shutting out the reality of never seeing YOU again.
